By accessing or using REMAKEsume ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your password.

You retain all rights to the resume content you upload. By uploading content, you grant REMAKEsume a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, parse, and process the text for the sole purpose of providing our AI tailoring services to you. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that content.

REMAKEsume utilizes artificial intelligence to suggest improvements and tailor your resume to specific job descriptions. While we strive for accuracy, the generated content is provided as a suggestion. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing the generated content before submitting it to employers.

The Service relies on third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI can occasionally produce hallucinated or inaccurate results. REMAKEsume is not liable for any employment outcomes, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our generated content.

You agree not to use the Service to upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or invasive of another's privacy. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or affiliations, nor to include sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers or financial data) in your resume uploads.

You may not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to generate datasets for training other AI models; (c) attempt to bypass or exploit any security measures; (d) use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of REMAKEsume and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by REMAKEsume. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

In no event shall REMAKEsume, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which REMAKEsume is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
